Our Policies

Because scooping should be simple.

We like to keep things clean — including our policies.
Here’s what you can expect when you sign up with So Fresh Scoopers:

Access to Your Yard

On your service day, please make sure:

  • Your gate is unlocked, or we have the code

  • Aggressive or loose dogs are kept inside during service
If we can’t safely enter, we may have to skip your visit (and yes, it’ll still count as a service).

What We Scoop

We pick up dog waste from your yard — that’s it!
If there’s heavy leaf cover, tall grass, snow, or flooding, we’ll do our best — but we can’t guarantee every pile gets found.

Service Schedule

We offer recurring visits:

  • Twice a week

  • Weekly

  • Bi-weekly

  • One-time cleanups are also available

If we ever need to reschedule due to weather, holidays, or poop-related emergencies, we’ll always let you know.

Payments & Billing

  • Billing happens monthly in advance.

  • Invoices are emailed automatically.

  • If we arrive and can’t access your yard or your dog is out, it still counts as a service day.

Cancelling or Pausing Service

You can cancel anytime — just give us at least 48 hours' notice before your next visit.
Need to pause while you’re on vacation? Just let us know 2 business days in advance to skip the charge.

First-Time Cleanups

If your yard hasn’t been scooped in a while, we might need to charge an initial cleanup fee to get things under control. We’ll always give you a heads-up before doing anything.

Respect & Privacy

We keep your info safe and only use it to provide better service.
We may send text or email reminders, or a photo of your locked gate so you know your yard is secure.

Quick Recap:

✅ We DO

Scoop poop, lock gates, send reminders

 ❌ We DON'T

Enter unsafe yards, refund for access issues, trim your grass
