Welcome to So Fresh Scoopers! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our pet waste removal services. By signing up for our service, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Service Overview
So Fresh Scoopers provides recurring and one-time pet waste removal services to residential homes, HOAs, apartment complexes, and commercial properties. Services may include:

Dog waste pickup

Disposal (double-bagged and placed in client-designated bin)

Deodorizing treatments (if selected)

Maintenance of waste stations (for commercial accounts)
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and effective service, clients agree to the following:

Access: Gates must be unlocked or access codes provided on service days. If technicians are unable to access the yard, service may be skipped and still billed.

Pet Safety: Aggressive or unleashed dogs must be kept indoors or removed from the yard during service time. If unsafe conditions are present, we reserve the right to skip service and charge as scheduled.

Yard Conditions: Excessive debris, tall grass, snow, or flooding that obscures waste may result in incomplete service. We do not guarantee 100% removal in these cases.
3. Service Scheduling

Recurring services are available on a weekly, bi-weekly, or twice-weekly basis.

Clients will be notified of their assigned service day upon signup.

In rare cases (weather, holidays, emergencies), service may be rescheduled. Clients will be notified in advance.
4. Payments & Billing

Payment is due monthly in advance for recurring services.

Invoices are sent automatically to the email on file.

Missed or skipped services due to inaccessible yards or pets will not be refunded, but we may attempt a makeup at our discretion.
5. Cancellations & Pausing Service

Clients may cancel service at any time with 48 hours' notice before their next scheduled visit.

Temporary service pauses (e.g., for vacations) must be communicated at least 2 business days in advance to avoid charges.

Refunds for unused service are issued at So Fresh Scoopers’ discretion.
6. Initial Cleanups

Properties with excessive buildup may require a one-time initial cleanup fee before starting regular service.

Estimates for initial cleanups will be provided before work begins.
7. Liability & Limitations

So Fresh Scoopers is not liable for pet illnesses, injuries, or yard damage unrelated to our direct service actions.

While our technicians take great care, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing yard hazards, faulty gates, or aggressive pets.
8. Privacy & Communication

We collect and store your contact information solely to provide and improve service.

Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

We may send service reminders or gate closure photo confirmations via SMS or email.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We’ll notify clients of any material changes.
