What to expect on service day

Before We Arrive
You’ll get a text letting you know we’re on the way—usually about 60 minutes out. You don’t need to be home, but we do ask that:

Your yard is accessible (no locked gates, blocked pathways, etc.)

Dogs are kept indoors while we are in your yard.
After the Scoop
Once your yard is poop-free, we’re not done just yet. We send you a photo of your closed gate, so you know it’s secure before your pup heads back out.
Plus every scooping tool and boot gets sprayed down with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant. This isn’t just for show—it’s to help prevent the spread of serious illnesses like parvo, giardia, and other parasites that can linger in dog waste and travel from yard to yard.

The Scoop Process
Once we’re in your yard, it’s go time. Our techs follow a systematic route to make sure every inch is covered—no random stomping, no missed piles. We walk your yard multiple times from different angles to catch everything.

Waste Disposal
After cleanup, we double-bag everything and place it in your designated garbage bin. Prefer a different spot? No problem—just let us know, and we’ll leave it wherever you’d like (as long as it’s accessible and animal-safe).
