    Yes! We send a notification text 60 minutes before arrival and an email once the job is done, keeping you informed every step of the way.

    Absolutely. We provide dog waste removal services throughout the year, rain or shine. In cases of extreme weather, we’ll keep you informed about any necessary rescheduling.
  • How do you ensure pet safety?
    Your pet’s safety is our priority. We clean our equipment and shoes with a kennel-grade disinfectant after each cleanup to prevent the spread of germs.
  • What happens to the waste after cleanup?
    We double-bag the collected waste and place it in your designated trash bin, ensuring proper disposal without leaving any mess behind.
  • Can my dog be in the yard during service?
    We’re big fans of dogs—but mid-scoop isn’t the best time for meet-and-greets. For your pup’s safety (and our ability to scoop without a shadow), we ask that pets stay inside during service. Don’t worry—we’ll snap a gate photo when we’re done so you know it’s safe to release the beast.
