-
How do you ensure pet safety?Your pet’s safety is our priority. We clean our equipment and shoes with a kennel-grade disinfectant after each cleanup to prevent the spread of germs.
-
What happens to the waste after cleanup? We double-bag the collected waste and place it in your designated trash bin, ensuring proper disposal without leaving any mess behind.
-
Can my dog be in the yard during service? We’re big fans of dogs—but mid-scoop isn’t the best time for meet-and-greets. For your pup’s safety (and our ability to scoop without a shadow), we ask that pets stay inside during service. Don’t worry—we’ll snap a gate photo when we’re done so you know it’s safe to release the beast.
